Facility Manager (Green Mark)
Location: Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam
Scope of Work:
1. Responsible in overseeing the scope of works and services related to ensuring that the premises are certified by BCAI Singapore for the Green Mark Platinum to be maintained in full compliance to BCAI requirements.
2. Have a thorough understanding on the components of the BCAI Green mark certification and its associated requirements during the maintenance phase.
3. Establish procedures for regular monitoring, recording & reporting to comply with the BCAI Green mark Certification requirements
4. Interface with other disciplines to ensure the carried out maintenance tasks does not compromise the BCAI Green Mark Certification.
5. Have good planning skills and be involved in planning of activities with other disciplines in liaison with the hospital operators.
6. Responsible for developing energy audit procedures using the latest version British Institute of Facilities Management’s Good Practice Guide on “Energy Audits” or any other approved guidelines/standards that are in compliance with the BCAI Green Mark Certification requirements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of green building practices, energy efficiency and sustainability
- Experience in facility management and operations
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas of improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in Green Building or Sustainability are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Studies, or related field
Aircon Technician
1) Trouble shoot and repair fault on refrigeration Equipments and Air Conditioning units.
2) Preventive maintenance of Refrigeration Equipments & air conditioning units.
3) Installation and testing of Refrigeration Equipments and air conditioning units.
4) Any task assigned by Supervisor
Draughtsman
1) Provide all design drawings and as built drawings.
2) Assist QS for provision bill of quantity take off.
3) Ensure all relevant Quality Procedures and Work Instructions are implemented.
4) Assist in design where necessary and possible.
5) Perform site measurements to compliment or verify information on the drawings.
6) Any other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Business Development Assistant
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a deep understanding of the company's existing products and present them effectively to clients.
Helper / Labourer
1) Assisting in work execution.
2) Preparation of project sites.
3) Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
4) Following instructions from supervisors and assist in implementing execution plans.
5) Any other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
Scaffolder Helper/ Apprentice
Loading / unloading material, assisting crew with scaffold erection / dismantling, and participation in safety meetings / jsa. Assisting scaffold leadman in the erection and dismantling of scaffolds by handing up to scaffold workers.
Advanced Scaffolder
- Scaffolding advanced certificate with minimum 5 years of working knowledge andexperience. Supervise and carry out of scaffolding work. Erect and dismantle of scaffolding as per work requirement and also ensure safety requirements are met.
- Mandatory requirement: CITB Scaffolding Part A and Part B, CITB Scaffolding Complex, Rescue Worker at Height Training.
- Supplementary for multi-skilling requirement: Rigger Level I,Competent Rigger Level II, Banksman and Slinger Level I, Competent Banksman and Slinger Level II.
Scaffolding Inspector
- NVQ’s Level -1,2,3. AR-18 or Part – 1,2 & Advanced with Scaffold Safety Inspection Certificate.
- CISRS or CITB registered.
- Preferably five years in scaffolding industry onshore and offshore.
Scaffolding Supervisor
- NVQ’s Level – 2,3 or Part- 2 & Advanced certificate.
- CISRS or CITB registered.
- Preferably five years in scaffolding industry onshore and offshore.
Quantity Surveyor
- Must have a recognized Degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering disciplines.
- Able to prepare tender documents, quantity take off & costing.
- Able to initiate claims & variations and prepare bill of materials for contracts.
- Assist Project Coordinator & Supervisor in materials taking off.
- Able to write and speak good English.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
Mechanical Engineer
- Must have a recognized Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering disciplines.
- Ability & inclination to work in a multi-nationality environment.
- Fluent in English Language.
- Good inter-personal relation skills, presentation skills and ability to deal with clients would be advantageous.
- Willing to work hard and proactively solve the problems encountered in the project.
- Computer literacy is compulsory.
